4.1. Depozyty składane za pośrednictwem Skrill lub Neteller nie będą uznawane za kwalifikujące się do niniejszej promocji.

4.2. Żądanie wypłaty przed otrzymaniem Bonusu lub jakiekolwiek aktywne żądanie wypłaty unieważnia wszelkie uprawnienia do bonusu.

5. Wymagania obrotu: zanim możliwa będzie wypłata bonusów i zdobytych za ich pomocą wygranych, gracze z Austrii, Finlandii, Niemiec, Norwegii i Szwajcarii muszą obrócić kwalifikującą się wpłatę i kwotę bonusu co najmniej pięć (5) razy, a gracze z innych krajów muszą obrócić kwalifikującą się wpłatę i kwotę bonusu co najmniej sześć (6) razy: (1) w rozstrzygniętych zakładach pojedynczych na sport, z min. kursem 2.00; lub (2) w rozstrzygniętych zakładach multi z kursem min. 1.50 na zdarzenie.

6. Następujące typy zakładów nie są uwzględniane w wymaganiach dotyczących obrotu: jakikolwiek typ Handicap, Zakłady Powyżej/Poniżej (Over/Under), Obie Drużyny Strzelą Gola, Zakłady Nieparzyste/Parzyste (Odd/Even), Zakłady Cashed-Out (wycofanie zakładu przed jego rozliczeniem) i Zakłady Systemowe lub zakłady postawione z wykorzystaniem Darmowego Zakładu, zakłady, które rozliczano jako Unieważnione (Void), a także zakłady w Kasynie, Kasynie Na Żywo i Sekcji Wirtualnej.

6.1 Maksymalna kwota, która liczy się do spełnienia wymagań obrotu każdego zakładu, wynosi 50 € / 200 PLN.

7. Do spełnienia wymogów obrotu bonusem liczy się tylko pierwszy zakład na wydarzenie.

8. Wymóg obrotu musi zostać spełniony w ciągu 30 dni od pierwszego depozytu gracza, w przeciwnym razie bonus zostanie unieważniony a wszelkie powiązane z nim wygrane zostaną utracone.

9. W przypadku, gdy mamy powody, by sądzić, że gracze postawili zakład lub serię zakładów (sami lub w połączeniu z innymi klientami), co daje gwarantowany zysk z bonusu (niezależnie od wyniku), możemy go odzyskać, unieważniając zakład(y) i żądając zwrotu wszelkich wygranych wynikających z takich zakładów.
