3. Right to Rescind

4. Eligibility

5. Offer recall

6. Bonus Account and Wagering (Play Through) Requirements

 

(i) A Player's total account balance consists of a cash account balance and a bonus account balance.

(ii) A Player's bonus account cannot be cashed in but can be used to place wagers.

(iii) The bonus account is split into two separate bonus accounts:

 

a. A <a target="_blank" href="http://obstawianie.com/zobacz/bingo/"><b>Bingo</b></a> Bonus that can be used to wager in any <a target="_blank" href="http://obstawianie.com/zobacz/bingo/"><b>Bingo</b></a> Room, however, cannot be used to place wagers on (some) slot games, scratch cards and other casino games.

b. A Casino Bonus account that can be used to wager on some slot games, scratch cards and other casino games, however, cannot be used to wager on any <a target="_blank" href="http://obstawianie.com/zobacz/bingo/"><b>Bingo</b></a> game

 

(iv) When You enter a game that bonus money is permitted on, You will see this in Your balance. When You enter a game that bonus money is not permitted on, i.e. restricted games, you will not see the bonus money in your balance.

(v) Specific play-through requirements are indicated in the Terms and Conditions of each promotion.

(vi) If for any reason, a promotion does not have specified Terms and Conditions, the promotion will default to the standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.

(vii) No withdrawals will be permitted whilst an account has an active bonus balance.

(viii) Where promotions do allow withdrawals with an active bonus balance, at this stage, any remaining bonuses will be revoked.

You will be given the choice when you make a deposit. These bonuses are mutually exclusive, for example, if you reach play through requirements on the <a target="_blank" href="http://obstawianie.com/zobacz/bingo/"><b>Bingo</b></a> Bonus it will be converted to cash regardless of the status of the Casino Bonus.

(xiii) The bonus amount must be played through in full before the bonus balance is converted into the cash account.

 

a. Example 1: Player A has purchased €100.00 and received a casino bonus of €100.00, therefore has a total balance of €200.00 . Player A decided to play slots only, therefore, Player A must wager 50 X €200.00 = €10,000.00 before the casino bonus account is converted into cash and eligible for withdrawal.

 

b. Example 2: Player B has purchased €100.00 and received a <a target="_blank" href="http://obstawianie.com/zobacz/bingo/"><b>Bingo</b></a> bonus of €50.00, therefore has a total balance of €50.00. Player B decided to wager €150.00 on <a target="_blank" href="http://obstawianie.com/zobacz/bingo/"><b>Bingo</b></a>, or 3 X €50.00, therefore has reached 50% of the wagering requirement. Player B now decided to play slots, and wagers €1,250.00, however, as this is a <a target="_blank" href="http://obstawianie.com/zobacz/bingo/"><b>Bingo</b></a> bonus this does not contribute, and therefore, must wager a further €150.00 on <a target="_blank" href="http://obstawianie.com/zobacz/bingo/"><b>Bingo</b></a>, or 3 X €50.00 before the <a target="_blank" href="http://obstawianie.com/zobacz/bingo/"><b>Bingo</b></a> bonus account is converted into cash and eligible for withdrawal.

 

(xiv) For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the Player's cash account. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the bonus account.

(xv) Winnings on wagers made from a Player's cash account are credited directly to their cash account.

(xvi) Winnings on eligible casino games or 1-Line, 2-Line and Full House prizes that occur from wagers made from a Player's bonus account are credited to their bonus account, however, the wagering requirements only apply to the original bonus amount as bonus money obtained from winnings is not subject to wagering requirements. Therefore, once that requirement is met, all bonus money is converted into cash.

Example 3: Player C has purchased €100.00 and received a casino bonus of €100.00, therefore has a total balance of €200.00. Player C decided to only play slots, and therefore, is subject to a wagering requirement of 50 times, or €5,000.00. After the player has wagered €500.00, the total balance left is €50.00, hence, the balance consists of only bonus money. After the next €500.00 of wagering the player wins, and now has a balance of €400.00. All €400.00 is bonus money as it was won with bonus money, however, is still only subject to the original €3,500.00 wagering requirement, which €1,000.00 has been completed. So the player wagers a further €2,500.00 and has a balance of €500.00, which has been won from the €400.00 bonus money, but the original €100.00 bonus has been played through, therefore, all €500.00 is now in the cash account and eligible for withdrawal.

(xvii) Any other bonus prizes or any cash prizes won using bonus funds and bonus received through redemption of Loyalty Points will be added to your bonus account and will be subject to standard wagering requirements; this includes tournaments, team <a target="_blank" href="http://obstawianie.com/zobacz/bingo/"><b>Bingo</b></a>, manually credited jackpots and any other promotional bonuses.

(xviii) If both bonus and cash funds are used, winnings will be distributed to the bonus and cash account accordingly.

(xix) If you do not want any Bonus which has been deposited into your account by the Casino then you are entitled to request that it be reversed out of your Casino account, subject to no Play Through having taken place on Bonus, the initial deposit and/or associated Sign-Up Bonus. You can do this by contacting Customer support. If any part of the Bonus has been used, then the Bonus may not be removed from your account (either by means of withdrawal or a request to the support staff) until the Play Through Requirement associated with the Bonus has been met.

(xx) Where a Welcome Bonus and/or No Deposit Bonus has been granted to you, subject to you being required to have met all wagering requirements, you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of your total deposits any remaining balance will be forfeited if the casino deems your play to be irregular. While a welcome bonus is in play the maximum you may bet on any single bet will be capped at €5.00, above this amount will be considered irregular play for bonus play through requirements. The Casino reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion which activities constitute "irregular play" for Bonus Play through Requirements. This clause will only be applied at the discretion of casino management. All progressive wins are exempt from this clause.

(xxi) In the event that the Casino believes you are abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, the Casino may at its sole discretion deny you from all future promotions and bonus money.

 

7. Welcome Bonus

 

(i) The welcome bonus (opening offer) is strictly for new players and applies once only against a new players first deposit.

(ii) The welcome bonus is a a Casino offer. You are only eligible for one offer and it is only valid on your first deposit.

(iii) The Casino offer is a 100% match up to a maximum bonus of €555.00, for example, if you deposit €100.00 you will receive a casino bonus of €100.00, giving you a total balance of €200.00.

(iv) The welcome bonus is credited automatically.

(v) To qualify the minimum deposit amount is €20.00.

(vi) The Casino welcome bonus is subject to standard play-through requirements as laid out in the Promotional Terms and Conditions above with the addition that you must wager on the total amount of cash and bonus funds. For example, if you deposit €100.00 and receive €100.00 bonus, and decide to play only slots, you must reach wagering requirements of 50 times €200.00, i.e. wager €10,000.00.

 

8. Daily 10% Reload Deposit Bonus

9. No Deposit Bonus (where offered)

(ii) Please be aware that any play using No Deposit Sign Up Bonuses will not unlock bonus funds and all winnings will return directly to your bonus account. (iii) If a No Deposit Bonus is given after a player has made their first deposit and a customer has not made a deposit in the previous 7 days, then any cashable winnings from this No Deposit is restricted to 10 times the value of the No Deposit Bonus.

(iv) Amsterdams Casino reserves the right to limit withdrawals from all forms of no deposit bonuses / free spins / free bets added to a customer’s account up to the value of €100.00.
