As you may be aware, there have been recent changes to the Polish Gambling Act, which affect gambling operators, internet service providers and payment service providers. One of the main changes is that payment services providers are forbidden to make their payment services available on websites that are entered into a newly-created Register. This blacklisting regime comes into effect on 1 July 2017. We have conducted a review of the Register and it appears that domain names are listed that belong to/are associated with your company. In order to comply with this new regime, we will implement a restriction to your merchant account in due course. This will prevent NETELLER/Skrill members residing in Poland from transferring funds to you. We will accept pay-outs to members residing in Poland for a period of two weeks from today. On your side, please also ensure that you remove Skrill/NETELLER as a deposit option for Polish customers and update your respective webpages so that there are no Skrill/NETELLER logos or banner advertising visible. This change will only impact your transaction activity in relation to members residing in Poland. Please be assured, other than the measure outlined above, your account remains active and in good standing with us.
